Isuzu D-Max 2nd Gen Suspension Kit

A comprehensive suspension upgrade for the Isuzu D-Max 2012-2021 2nd Gen, this Dr. Nano kit assembles components to retune both axles. The package includes twin-tube nitro gas struts and twin-tube foam cell struts for the front, the latter providing a 25mm lift. To suit varying accessory loads, three sets of linear-rate front coil springs are supplied: a 40mm lift for 0-60kg, a 50mm lift for 0-50kg, and a 50mm lift for 50-100kg. Front-end geometry is addressed by an upper control arm with 3 degrees of extra camber built into its ball joint and bush, together with a differential drop kit. An additional bolt-on front anti-roll stabilising kit and an adjustable swaybar link with M10 ball joint and 150-200mm length adjustment complete the front package.

The rear suspension receives twin-tube nitro gas shocks with increased rate damping, plus twin-tube foam cell shocks purpose-built extra long for 2 to 3 inches of lift. Two sets of composite leaf springs using a parabolic design with built-in metal bushes are included. The comfort option is rated for 0-150kg accessory loads, while the off-road option supports 150-300kg. An additional bolt-on rear anti-roll stabilising kit is also part of the assembly, helping control body roll when the vehicle is loaded or traversing uneven terrain.
