Mahindra Scorpio 3rd Gen 4X4 Suspension Kit

This Dr. Nano suspension kit for the Mahindra Scorpio 3rd Gen 4X4 (2014–present) brings together components to increase ground clearance and maintain suspension geometry. The front axle receives a pair of linear rate coil springs offering a 75 mm lift, paired with twin-tube nitro gas struts. A set of upper control arms, each featuring a ball joint and bushing with 3 degrees of extra camber built in, helps correct alignment. A one-inch-thick front diff drop bracket is included to reduce strain on the drivetrain.

At the rear, the kit supplies two linear rate coil springs providing a 50 mm lift, rated for vehicles with accessory loads between 0 and 100 kg. Two twin-tube nitro gas shock absorbers are matched to the springs to dampen motion. The twin-tube nitro gas construction of the struts and shocks is intended to provide consistent damping across varied terrain. All components are engineered for the third-generation Scorpio 4x4 platform, supporting off-road handling and clearance without altering the factory mounting points.
