Select 0-1Designed for the 2025 and newer Mahindra Thar Roxx 4X2, this suspension kit replaces the factory front and rear components to provide a 50mm lift over standard ride height. The front assembly uses linear rate coil springs engineered for vehicles carrying between 0 and 80 kilograms of added accessories. The rear uses dual rate coil springs suited for loads up to 50 kilograms of additional equipment.
The kit includes four Dr. Nano components. For the front, a pair of twin-tube nitro gas struts and matching 50mm lift linear rate coil springs. For the rear, a pair of twin-tube nitro gas shock absorbers and 50mm lift dual rate coil springs. All struts and shocks are nitrogen gas charged within a twin-tube construction.
This is a direct replacement package for the Mahindra Thar Roxx 4X2 platform. The spring rates are selected to work with moderate accessory weight, providing consistent support without altering the dampers or additional hardware.
