Maruti Suzuki Jimny Suspension Kit

This suspension kit from Dr. Nano is assembled for the Maruti Suzuki Jimny and includes components required for a lifted off-road setup. It supplies multiple coil spring options to suit varying accessory loads, twin-tube shock absorbers, panhard rods, a steering damper, castor correction bushes, a crossmember drop kit, and extended braided brakelines.

Front coil springs are available in a 40 mm lift with two load ratings, one for 0-40 kg accessories and another for 40-70 kg accessories, as well as a 50 mm lift spring with an increased rate. Rear coil springs are offered in 40 mm and 55 mm lift variants. The shock absorbers are twin-tube units, with the foam cell design providing extra length for lifts in the 2-3 inch range, and a nitro gas option also included. Adjustable panhard rods are provided for both front and rear axles, with the rear rod designed for use with the BK07-240 bracket. Eccentric bushes allow castor adjustment of ±2.5 to 3 degrees. The kit also contains a twin-tube foam cell heavy-duty steering damper, a crossmember drop kit, and steel braided extended brakelines covering the front and rear.

Designed for the Maruti Suzuki Jimny from 2018 onwards, this collection of parts addresses geometry correction and component travel for lifted vehicles without mixing parts from multiple sources.
