Tata Safari Dicor Suspension Kit

This suspension kit includes four direct-fit shock absorbers—two front and two rear—for the Tata Safari Dicor. Each damper uses a twin-tube construction with a nitrogen gas charge. The twin-tube layout comprises an inner pressure tube and an outer reservoir tube; the gas charge acts on the fluid column to suppress aeration during piston travel. This arrangement also aids heat dissipation during extended use on varying road surfaces.

Because the gas pressurisation resists fluid foaming, damping remains more stable under repetitive inputs, particularly on uneven surfaces. Each shock is factory-sealed with a nitrogen charge and arrives ready to fit. The shock bodies are built to the same mounting dimensions and stroke specifications as the factory units, allowing replacement without additional brackets or adapters.

The kit fits Tata Safari Dicor variants from the 1998 to 2019 model years, covering both pre-facelift and updated versions. Replacing all four dampers with a matched set helps maintain consistent ride characteristics and equal wheel control between the front and rear axles.
