Toyota Fortuner 1st Gen Suspension Kit

A complete suspension upgrade package for the Toyota Fortuner built between 2005 and 2015, assembled by Dr. Nano. The kit covers both axles with a range of shock absorber and coil spring choices to suit different lift heights and accessory loads.

The front assembly includes twin-tube nitro gas and twin-tube foam cell strut options, with an extra-long foam cell variant available for lifts of 2 to 3 inches. Three linear rate coil springs are offered: a 50mm lift for 0-50kg accessories, a 50mm lift for 50-100kg accessories, and a heavy-duty 65mm lift for 0-50kg accessories. Upper control arms with 3 degrees of extra camber built into the ball joint and bush help maintain alignment. A one-inch-thick differential drop kit is included for use when lifting above 60mm.

At the rear, the kit provides twin-tube nitro gas and twin-tube foam cell shock absorbers, plus a heavy-duty extra-long foam cell option for 2- to 3-inch lifts. Rear coil springs consist of a linear rate 20mm lift extra comfort option, a dual rate 50mm lift for 0-100kg accessories, and a dual rate 50mm lift for 100-300kg accessories. An adjustable panhard rod corrects axle geometry, and an additional bolt-on anti-roll stabilising kit enhances body control.

All components are supplied to suit the first-generation Fortuner platform.
