Toyota Hilux 8th Gen Suspension Kit

Designed for the eighth-generation Toyota Hilux (2015-2026), this Dr. Nano suspension kit combines dampers, springs, control arms, and a stabiliser component. Front shock absorber options include twin-tube nitro gas struts, twin-tube foam cell struts, and extra-long twin-tube foam cell struts intended for 2-3 inch lift setups. Front coil spring choices consist of linear rate springs for 0-50 kg and 50-100 kg accessory loads, along with a dual rate comfort spring rated for 50-100 kg. The kit also contains an upper control arm with 3° extra camber built into the ball joint and bush, and a one-inch thick differential drop kit specified for lifts above 60 mm.

For the rear, the kit offers a choice of twin-tube nitro gas or twin-tube foam cell shock absorbers. Rear leaf springs are a composite parabolic design with built-in metal bushes, available in load ratings of 0-150 kg and 150-300 kg for accessories. A bolt-on rear anti-roll stabilising kit completes the package. All items are supplied in the quantities listed to address dampening, spring rate, and geometry across the vehicle.
