Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)
We ship across all states and union territories of India via trusted courier partners. Free shipping is available on select products as indicated on the product page. For all other products, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and state.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business hours are Tuesday through Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST (Monday closed). Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Monday will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
- Major metros: 3–6 business days
- Other states: 4–8 business days
- Remote / North-Eastern areas: 6–10 business days

Out-of-Stock & Display Items
Products marked as "On Display to Order" are available for purchase at our physical store location in Ichalkaranji. These items can be ordered and shipped to your address. Shipping costs and timeframes for these items will be confirmed at the time of order.

You may pick up your order from our store at no extra charge. Please wait for the "Ready for Pickup" email before visiting.
